Overview

Thrupoint Fusion MyConnectThrupoint Fusion MyConnect™ is a rich user-driven call routing web-based application that is highly relevant for business continuity, virtual office and temporary employee relocation scenarios. High runner use cases include hot desking setup via QR Codes on smartphones, one-touch dial-in to a conference bridge using the moderator’s phone number, number portability for temporary office moves, and smart routing of video traffic to appropriate devices for a simplified video calling user experience.

Thrupoint Fusion MyConnect has an easy-to-use Web interface to make it simple for users to configure smart call routing policies, such as establishing one virtual number for others to reach them on any device of their choice, including a mobile, desk phone, computer softphone, tablet, home phone, or voice/video mail. Calls can also be pulled from one device to another during conversations in a seamless way to the other party. Callers are organized by group based on priority and schedule. Users can select various options such as call screening and do-not-disturb, or they can route calls to alternate destinations by variables such as contact list, time zone, and time of day.
