Thrupoint consulting provides a rigorous framework for meeting your IT needs. We stress the use of analytical tools, processes, and communications throughout your projects lifecycle, easily adapted to any size project, technology, or process. Our project management experience and industry knowledge and our integrated methodology have been designed to ensure the success of your projects.

For each project we choose the modules (or sections within each module) that are appropriate for your project. Our five-step cycle is comprised of Assess, Strategize, Design, Implement and Operate as illustrated.
