Featuring the Ubiquity Application Server:

Ubiquity offers our customers the flexibility of choice that today's market demands   Using our unique adapter technology, ubiquity can seamlessly integrate and communicate across a wide variety of existing network infrastructure from vendors like Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, Metaswitch, Broadsoft, Alcatel-Lucent and others; solving the never ending problem of interoperability issues faced by the large enterprises and carriers alike.

Our library of pre-built adapters extend beyond traditional telecommunications equipment and allow for integration to some of the most modern 'over-the-top' services.  Our Skype Business Connect adapter allows for seamless integration and best cost routing of calls taking advantage of our proprietary integration to Skype's presence capabilities.  When a call is placed, we can then intelligently route that call to their Skype id if our presence server shows that the user is online further reducing the charges that enterprise organizations pay for traditional PSTN calls.

In addition, our adapters allow our server to accept communications from non-voice systems.  This allows us to accept and route instant messages, SMS/MMS, e-mail and other forms of communications which once remained separate on the network.  Using our enhanced Service Broker capabilities, we can then manipulate those forms of communication based on either global or user based policies into forms of communication that can be consumed by the end-users desired delivery point.  As an example, lets say someone sends an instant message to a user registered on our server.  Our adapters will accept that form of communication and deliver it to our service broker along with all the necessary meta-data needed to understand how to route and convert the message into a consumable form.  Our Ubiquity Service Broker then determines how best to route and communicate with the end user based on either global rules established by the administrator as well as personal rules established by the end user through our other products including PCR (OneNumber Personal Communications Router), PCX (Professional Communications eXchange Server), Ubiquity Collaboration Server, and our Fixed Mobile Convergence gateway.  These rules instruct our Service Broker on how best to transform that communication and provide the necessary routing rules needed to guarantee that the message is delivered to the user in any form; whether through a text to speech converter and routed live streamed or directly into a voice message, or as an SMS to be delivered to their mobile phone, or as an email.
