Rami Musallam – Chairman & CEO
Rami Musallam started Thrupoint in 1996 in response to a need in the market he recognized in his technologist role at Morgan Stanley. Rami has used his customer-side experience to make Thrupoint the responsive and proactive communications technology partner that companies have relied on for the past 16 years.
Rami served as Thrupoint’s President and CEO from 1996 until 2000, when he was named Chairman and CEO. He has led Thrupoint’s transformation from a regional network integrator to a global, strategic IT consulting firm and to our position today as a leader in unified communications solutions. Prior to 1996, Mr. Musallam was Vice President of Global Intranet Communications for Morgan Stanley. Mr. Musallam serves as a Corporate Advisory Board member for Inwood House, a leader and innovator in teen pregnancy prevention, youth development, and family support.
John Holvey - Executive Vice President of Products
John Holvey joined Thrupoint in April of 2010 as part of the Ubiquity acquisition and is responsible for all aspects of engineering and product development. Mr. Holvey has almost 30 years of industry experience in various research and development (R&D) roles. Prior to joining Thrupoint, he spent 10 years as Vice President of R&D at Ubiquity and Avaya, preceded by close to 15 years at British Telecom as a software architect.
Thomas O’Flaherty - Chief Financial Officer
Thomas O’Flaherty joined Thrupoint in February 1999, after a 15-year career with the network-building and management company formerly known as Timeplex Group, where he served, among other roles, as Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Robert Foley – President & Chief Operating Officer of Professional Services
Robert Foley was named President in June 2000, adding that title to his previous title of Chief Operating Officer. He’s responsible for managing worldwide operations, business development, and Thrupoint’s domestic and global expansion. Prior to joining Thrupoint, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of COLLEGIS, an IT professional services firm. Mr. Foley also served as President of Sysorex Information Systems from 1988 to 1993, a government systems integrator. Mr. Foley has held executive positions with Electronic Data Systems, General Electric Information Systems, and Science Applications International Corp.
Chuck Dooley – Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Business Development
Chuck Dooley joined Thrupoint in May 2010 and leads Thrupoint’s global sales and business development strategy & execution with responsibility for worldwide sales and channel operations. Prior to Thrupoint, Mr. Dooley founded Virtual IQ in 2006, an executive consulting and industry research firm working with the investor and Enterprise IT community. Before Virtual IQ, he served at Xensource as VP Sales and led the company’s customer and channel development efforts contributing to the company’s acquisition by Citrix in 2007. Prior to XenSource, Mr. Dooley was VP Sales at Egenera, a pioneer of virtualization and stateless computing. Prior to Egenera, he held several key sales and management positions at Cisco, Network Systems (acquired by StorageTek) and Intel. Mr. Dooley has a BS Electrical Engineering from State University of Stony Brook. Mr. Dooley currently sits on the advisory board of DynamicOps, Apptio and MobileIron.
Chuck Brody – Chief Technology Officer & Executive Vice President of Advanced Services
Chuck Brody is responsible for solution strategy and development, including driving strategic partnerships and integrating the company’s technology assets and consulting services. Mr. Brody brings over 20 years of diverse experience as an enterprise IT leader and management consultant helping organizations conceive, design and deliver technology solutions to improve business performance and reduce operating risk. Mr. Brody returned to Thrupoint in 2009 from ING US Financial Services. Previously Mr. Brody served as Head of IT for Credit Suisse Private Banking in North America, supported business and consulting practice development for Logicalis, and led complex integration and application development projects at diverse clients as a consulting manager at Andersen Consulting.
David Jodoin – Chief Innovation Officer
David Jodoin joined Thrupoint in May of 2010 and is responsible for Thrupoint’s CaféX Innovation Lab. The mandate of CaféX is to accelerate innovation within the Fortune 500 community by leveraging emerging high value collaboration technologies to create differentiated solutions across market segments. Mr. Jodoin has been working in high tech for over two decades helping companies deliver world-class software solutions for the global 2000 marketplace across multiple industries such as accounting, manufacturing, customer relationship management, field service and logistics, unified communications, telecommunications and e-commerce. David has a degree from Dean College with emphasis on computer science engineering.
Carlo Moujaes – Senior Vice President of Middle East Operations
Carlo Moujaes has been in Sales and Business Development for the last 20 years. In 1996, he left the United States for the Middle East and ran Enterprise Sales for Lucent Technologies in Saudi Arabia. Then, with the spin off of Avaya, he managed Connectivity Solutions as Country Manager. Mr. Moujaes joined Thrupoint in late 2003 as Regional Director, and was tasked with establishing the business and its entities in the Middle East.
Sajeel Hussain - Vice President, Product Marketing and Management
Sajeel Hussain leads marketing and product management at Thrupoint. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the telecom industry spanning marketing, business development, and product management functions for both enterprise and carrier solutions. He most recently led the Avaya ACE product marketing team, having transitioned from Nortel as the marketing leader for the Communications-Enabled Business Solutions group. Sajeel also led the go-to-market strategy for the Nortel-Microsoft Innovative Communication Alliance partnership. He has an MBA from UT Austin, a Masters in Engineering and Computer Science and a Bachelors degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Neil Ellis – CIO, Global Head of IT
Neil Ellis joined Thrupoint in April of 2010 as part of the Ubiquity acquisition and is responsible for all aspects of Global IT infrastructure. Neil has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry, 6 years at the Office of National Statistics (Civil Service), 6 years at the University of Wales and 10 years in Ubiquity (software development).
