Rami Musallam Chairman & CEO
Cofounder Rami Musallam served as ThruPoint’s President and CEO from 1996 until 2000, when he was named Chairman and CEO. He led ThruPoint’s transformation from a regional network integrator to a global, strategic IT consulting firm. Prior to 1996, Mr. Musallam was Vice President of Global Intranet Communications for Morgan Stanley. Mr. Musallam serves as a Corporate Advisory Board member for Inwood House, a leader and innovator in teen pregnancy prevention, youth development, and family support.
Robert Foley President & Chief Operating Officer
Robert Foley was named President in June 2000, adding that title to his previous title of Chief Operating Officer. He’s responsible for managing worldwide operations, business development, and ThruPoint’s domestic and global expansion. Prior to joining ThruPoint, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of COLLEGIS, an IT professional services firm. Mr. Foley also served as President of Sysorex Information Systems from 1988 to 1993, a government systems integrator. Mr. Foley has held executive positions with Electronic Data Systems, General Electric Information Systems, and Science Applications International Corp.
Thomas O’Flaherty Chief Financial Officer
Thomas O'Flaherty joined ThruPoint in February 1999, after a 15 year-career with the network-building and management company formerly known as Timeplex Group, where he served, among other roles, as Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Frederic Tudor Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Prior to joining ThruPoint in 2000, Frederic Tudor was a corporate partner in the law firm of Sills, Cummis, Epstein & Gross in Newark, NJ. He has over 18 years of experience in handling securities, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Philip Kevan Vice President, EMEA Finance
Philip Kevan joined ThruPoint in 2001 as a result of the acquisition of Internetwork Support Ltd, where he was Finance Director. Mr. Kevan has over 20 years of experience of working in the IT industry, having also worked for BICC Data Networks, BICC Network Systems, BISS, and Wang in a number of roles. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK and holds a BA Honours degree in Engineering, Economics and Management.

Rich DiBlasi Vice President, Professional Services Delivery – US Operations
For over seven years, Rich DiBlasi has been a ThruPoint Senior Consultant on the Project Delivery of consulting services and client-relationship management of U.S. enterprise clients. Mr. DiBlasi was named Vice President in 2005, with responsibility for the Professional Services Delivery and Resource Management of the U.S. operations. Before 1998, he worked for Merck-Medco and Verizon Wireless on critical technology initiatives in the U.S.
Brian McCue Vice President, U.S. Sales Operations, ThruPoint Solutions
Brian McCue is Vice President US Solutions. He previously helped develop ThruPoint’s Northeast Region and was until recently the Director of Northeast Sales. Before 1999, Mr. McCue was part of the New York Operations team at Cabletron Systems, a leading supplier of internetworking equipment. During his nine years at Cabletron, Mr. McCue held several sales positions including the Director of Global Accounts.

Carlo Moujaes Vice President, Middle East
Carlo Moujaes, has been in Sales and Business Development for the last 20 years. In 1996, he left the United States to the Middle East and ran the Enterprise Sales for Lucent Technologies in Saudi Arabia, and then with the spin off of Avaya, he managed Connectivity Solutions as Country Manager. Carlo joined ThruPoint in late 2003 as Regional Director, and was tasked with establishing the business and its entities in the Middle East.
Martin Camp Regional Director, Africa
Martin Camp is responsible for handing all of ThruPoint’s business for the African Region. He comes from a strong technical background having been involved in the Service Provider industry for the past 22 years. He has held senior managerial positions covering South Africa, UK, Europe and more recently 8 years in the Middle East. He joined ThruPoint in September 2004 when prior to that he was a Senior Manager for Lucent Technologies based in Saudi Arabia.

Kevin Kramer Regional Director Delivery, Africa & UK
Kevin Kramer has overall responsibility for Professional Services Delivery and Resource Management for ThruPoint’s operations in Europe and Africa. Mr. Kramer joined ThruPoint in 1996 and has more than 11 years of experience managing project teams and delivering results for ThruPoint’s strategic clients. Prior to working for ThruPoint, Mr. Kramer held technical and managerial positions with Cabletron Systems and Morgan Stanley.

Paul has nearly twenty years in various sales and leadership roles within the IT industry, covering many varied clients and vertical markets in the EMEA territory. He has been based in Europe for ThruPoint since 2004 and works from our regional head office in London. He has previously held senior positions at Avaya, Lucent, Cabletron and Motorola; he is a member of the Institute of Directors and holds a BA Honours degree.

Nick Adamo Segment Vice President, US Service Provider – Cisco Systems
Nick Adamo is currently Vice President for Cisco’s U.S. Service Provider business. His primary responsibility is to drive Cisco’s overall relationship, investment strategy, and growth strategy in the ILEC/ RBOC, Cable, Mobile Wireless, Emerging Carriers, and IXC Markets. Mr. Adamo leads a team of over 1,000 people and has revenue responsibilities in excess of $2 Billion annually.
Mr. Adamo spent 2 ½ years as Vice President of the U.S. Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier market, responsible for the company strategy and overall business relationships with the largest ILECs. He has also held key positions in the enterprise market for Cisco—including the position of Vice President of the Northeast Area.
Mr. Adamo has held positions as Operations Director of the Global Finance Operation for Cisco Systems in New York City where he was responsible for the overall global relationship of the largest banking, brokerage, and market-data customers in New York City. Mr. Adamo joined Cisco in July 1995 as an Account Executive supporting Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Cisco, he spent eleven years with IBM in multiple sales and sales management assignments in the Finance Industry.
Mr. Adamo is also a Board Member of Inwood House, a not for profit organization designed to raise money and awareness of the growing problem of teen pregnancy among high-risk teens in the New York City Area.

Guy de Chazal Managing Director, Morgan Stanley Venture Partners
Guy de Chazal is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and a Managing Member of Morgan Stanley Venture Partners IV, which manages Morgan Stanley Venture Partners investment funds. Mr. de Chazal joined Morgan Stanley in 1986. He is a director of ThruPoint, Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (LIOX), and the National Venture Capital Association.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. de Chazal was a Vice President of Citicorp Venture Capital from 1981 through 1985. From 1976 to 1981 he was a consultant with McKinsey & Co.
Mr. de Chazal is chairman of the Board of Directors of Fountain House—a rehabilitation and housing program for the emotionally handicapped in New York—and a member of the Board of Directors of the Squam Lakes Association in New Hampshire.
Bernard Goldstein Software Industry Pioneer and Entreprenuer
Bernard Goldstein has been a director of ThruPoint since November 1998. He co-founded Broadview International, LLC, an investment banking firm, in 1979 and has been serving as a director of SunGard Data Systems, a computer services company, since 1994. He serves as a director several privately held companies and for Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, a provider of health care and clinical support systems. Mr. Goldstein has founded and run software and services companies, and was a prominent figure in the computer industry trade association ADAPSO.

Merritt Lutz Managing Director, Morgan Stanley
Merritt M. Lutz is an Advisory Director for Morgan Stanley. He is also Chairman of MSIT Holdings. He is responsible for the oversight of Morgan Stanley’s strategic technology investments and MSIT joint ventures. Mr. Lutz joined Morgan Stanley in 1994 as a Managing Director in charge of the Application Programming Group. He was in charge of developing and launching Morgan Stanley’s early Internet strategy, Morgan Stanley’s offsite software development joint ventures, and the firm’s Client Technology initiatives. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Lutz was President of Candle Corporation (then one of the world’s largest privately-held software companies), a Managing Partner of PDi (a software industry partnering and consulting company), and a Group Vice President for Informatics General Corporation (NYSE).
Mr. Lutz is a Director of SPSS and Interlink Electronics. He is also a Director for Business Engine Software Corporation and SendMail. He is a member of the Chairman’s Committee of the Computerworld Foundation Honors Awards Program. Mr. Lutz serves on the Board of Michigan State University School of Music and is also the Chairman of American Friends of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic. He is a former Director of the Information Technology Association of America and the NASD Industry Advisory Committee.

Edward Hamburg Former Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Secretary of SPSS Inc.
Mr. Hamburg headed business development and mergers and acquisitions activities from 1986-1992 for SPSS Inc., a multinational computer software company that provides predictive analytical technology and services to over two hundred thousand customers in business, government and higher education.
Mr. Hamburg received a PH.D. from the department of political science at The University of Chicago in 1982 and became an assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago through 1986. His areas of expertise include American political behavior and organization, statistics and research methods, and comparative Middle Eastern politics. His academic awards include a research fellowship from the National Opinion Research Center of the University of Chicago.
