The Career Development Program is a comprehensive program with specific objectives starting on your first day of employment. Because we recognize the advantage of diverse skill-sets, we have developed ThruPoint Career Paths to provide options for advancement (Technical Consulting, Consulting, and Project Management). Consultants can develop as Engagement Managers or Subject Matter Experts.

Using the on-line CDP tool, consultants will partner with their Resource Manager to:

• Map a career path
• Identify current levels of technical and interpersonal skills
• Set career milestones
• Develop personalized short-term and long-term development objectives

Resource Management
Our Resource Managers help you to achieve your professional objectives. Resource Managers will meet with you frequently regarding career and development goals and assignment objectives.
The Resource Managers

• are a single point of contact for you;
• track your development goals and match them with training opportunities and project assignments, and;
• provide continuity throughout your career at ThruPoint.
