Working in concert with our FMC Mobility Gateway, our mobile client solutions represent the state of the art in Mobile Smart Client (MSC) features. Early solutions were confusing and cumbersome to use, often requiring a user to click many buttons and enter feature codes using their dial-pads. Our solution was designed by experts who monitored how end users handle their devices for normal every day tasks, and through time and motion studies, we have optimized the end user experience. Using our application sequencing technology, our Ubiquity server is able to introduce applications which can enhance any communications experience by allowing you to deploy any one of our many pre-built applications as well as providing you with a gateway to all of your existing back office and enterprise applications whether they are located on your network or hosted by a service provider. Using our advance SDK leveraging RESTful interfaces, you can enhance and extend the capability to include advanced mashups, plugins for websites, and tightly coupled integration to your existing infrastructure similar to that of CTI solutions of the past.
The Ubiquity Adapter Modules work in concert with our Service Broker and Application Server technology to ensure interoperability between a wide variety of existing 3rd party vendor's telecommunication infrastructure. In addition, adapters are also used to translate communications from other protocols and interfaces into a form consumable by our communication bus.
